DON'T MOVE HERE! WE CONSTANTLY HAVE POOP AND PEE BACKING UP INTO OUR APARTMENT. THE MAINTENANCE MEN DO NOT CALL BEFOR THEY ENTER. THEY GO THRU OUR BELONGINGS WHEN WE ARE NOT HOME. THEY REFUSE TO FIX ANYTHING IN A TIMLEY MANNER. HAVE TO USE ESCROW TO SCARE THEM INTO FIXING ANYTHING. BLACK MOLD ISSUES. WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE NOT SEALED AT ALL. OFFICE IS NEVER OPEN. So i have been here for the old management and the new. I have to say that I’m am beginning to be so happy with the new management they are always in the office and the new maintenance man is awesome and fixes stuff right, it’s like stepping into a new place with all the updates and cleaning up they are doing.
