I lived here for 3 years and was forced to move out when they raised the rent $166 a month. Aside from cutting a few trees down they did nothing to improve the living conditions. They even added fees for water and sewage after I moved in resulting in unexpected expenses. It used to be a part of rent but not anymore. I lost å $1500 down payment because of their greed. Do not move here. They will just force you out with unjustifiable rent increases.
Really ran down, trashy, and most of all THE CAT PEE & SPRAY SMELLS SO STRONG IT'S HARD TO BREATHE.
Went to get information on home's for sale. The manager was very nice and informative.
What I want to know is does the rent vary by the by the size of a trailer are you renting out mobile homes there that's my question and what does a lot rent go for and what is that entitle me to
