Really ran down, trashy, and most of all THE CAT PEE & SPRAY SMELLS SO STRONG IT'S HARD TO BREATHE.

Best neighbors IV had but the property leaves much to be desired..when you compare an upscale park to this...it just falls flat. Funny thing tho...our rent is just as high. Been here little over a year..it's gone up OVER 3 HUNDRED!!! CRIMINAL!!
