I would like to share that the service at Whispering Sands Apartments is outstanding. Staff is courteous and very friendly. I would like to shift my focus to one of the leasing agents, Nayeli Arenivas. She was very helpful and very understanding of my needs. She was a wonderful listener and was willing to work with me. I am so grateful for her patience and kindness. She went the extra mile and I was able to get the approval of having my own apartment. Thank you so much for everything, Nayeli. You are amazing!!!!

I applied, got approved but management had issues with my email address, gave them another email and they still couldn't figure it out. My deposit doubled during the email mess up and then the day I was to sign the lease I was denied.

I’ve been here since April 2024. First I want to appreciate the maintenance team especially Johnathon. He was super kind & helpful. I actually felt less embarrassed over a clogged toilet because of him. I will say there is a couple of issues but maybe not too huge. The walls can be a bit thin in some areas of the apartment so you can almost hear a conversation happening, definitely enough to keep you up at night.
