Recently moved in about 3-4 weeks ago, and I just want to say my experience moving and living here has been amazing. The tour was nice and detailed. The application process and getting ready to move in was seamless. Kalie made sure everything was prepped and ready for my move in. She also made sure everything was set perfectly the day of. After living here for a few weeks the AC did stop. However, David assisted with getting a portable AC unitin my apartment until maintenance fixed the issue the very next morning. Don’t do it. There are so many better apartments in better areas for the same money or less. Here you get roaches and no A/C, no pool, no working laundry, shots fired, break-ins, and your car getting dented while parked
