I’ve been here since April 2024. First I want to appreciate the maintenance team especially Johnathon. He was super kind & helpful. I actually felt less embarrassed over a clogged toilet because of him. I will say there is a couple of issues but maybe not too huge. The walls can be a bit thin in some areas of the apartment so you can almost hear a conversation happening, definitely enough to keep you up at night. Wonderful office staff, they assisted in every positive way great leasing consultant Nayeli fluently speaks Spanish and great energy. Christina the assistant very attentive, such a sweetheart, as well as Endy they are great. The apartments are very beautiful !
Edit: The laundry room is locked 24/7 now so only residents can enter and they're are working on putting in new spike strips (yay!!). Again managment and the repair folks are amazing, but some of your neighbours SUCK. Especially the ones with dogs. Some are nice, some decide the pet park is the best place to smoke. I just want to say thank you to the office staff for being so welcoming and helpful just renewed my lease here spoke to the assistant manager christina and she was so helpful and made this a easy proses I have to say the new staff has brought what this place needed thanks again
