First when I moved in in December,they tried to put me in a unit that not only looked nothing like the model I saw smelled like cat urine when I didn't like that they charged me more for a "clean" unit. That unit has bugs like so many roaches since the day I moved in. And the appliances were half out together. The roof on that unit has leaked several times causing water damage to the apartment that they have no intentions to fix. They never respect your time. They take forever on work orders. There gates don't work to keep people out , they pool hasn't been open for summer time , so called "security " is never around. Laundry gets stolen and they don't care.

This place is average for the most part. If you take away the fact that this is abq this is by far the worst place to live in America he foothills area. Theres black mold everywhere and they do nothing. They continue to be back and forth with their rent policies. And worst of all there a bullet hole where someone shot at my door when I wasn’t home.
