Friendly staff until you get to the financials . I had been going to this dentist for three years and they just recently decided to go out of network for me(having the same insurance this whole time) and did not share that! I found out when I got the bill to pay in full. I kindly asked for this to be waived and the Dentist declined. Had issues with them in the past as well for continuously charging me for a cap that had to be fixed over and over again by them due to it falling out. Would not recommend
Recommendedit's about 3 years when they're taking me for the dentist from long time with my daughter, Jessica my son, Collin and my sister Michelle Keaulana who's she's taking us for the dentist before school last year

DT thank goodness straub is gone
Awful I saw Dr. Straub on several occasions and found him to be one of the crudest people I have ever met. I wouldn't recommend this man to fix a dogs teeth. He was very rough and did not seem to know what he was doing half of the time. His assistants (it was a different lady every time I was there) were either afraid of him or just plain incompetent, Never again.
