Was good for a while until they decided to not update anything in the apartments for future tenants (liked to use old materials), give extremely short notice with expectations, be wishy washy, and stop helping us fix things. Our last ask was a broken garbage disposal that was installed wrong, no luck! We even asked them for help with mold they created from leaks/a broken dishwasher and they refused! We left.
