Very nice community with an HOA that is on top of it!
BED BUGS. There are multiple units currently infested with bed bugs. Since the units are privately owned, there is no ability to know the extent of the problem or treat without the support of each owner. HOA has been slow and unresponsive in attempting to address the issue. Be wary of renting/buying in this complex. There is a suspicious amount of bedding and furniture being thrown out every week. I fear how large the infestation could be.
There’s no available parking here anymore. People park in front of doors, in fire lanes, and in handicap spots overnight because the entire complex is full by 5:30pm. I’ve reached out to management about renting a carport because they towed my car recently but none are available. Pictured is not my vehicle and there’s no handicap signage for the vehicle. Additionally, gym equipment has been broken for 3 years, laundry $6 for a single load and machines always stained with markers from children. There is never enough hot water... read more
