To much crime and drug activity. And Nothing getting done about it . Every since the new owner took over they're raised lot rent for park improvements and haven't seen much improvement . And the crime has increased .
New owners, New water company. Water bill tripled, rent raised, many looking to leave
I came here to retire from the big city (Tacoma/Seattle) and bought my place 4 years ago. Love it here! My only complaint is the stray cats everywhere! There could be a rule that would solve this problem that says all pets must be spayed or neutered. Other than that....I have good neighbors and a quiet street with lots of families.
