Recommendedthere a great place to live and great maintance people
Full of ungrateful Punks who threaten to burn down your home for trying to return a Lost missing Vape. That was totally uncalled for n that (Will) kid is a ungrateful Punk! and their Bus Stop building is always cluttered in Garbage. Punks are always smoking down there n leaving buts or vapes where lil kids wait for bus rides. The place is disgusting. Im glad i dont live in the park!!!
I lived here 16 years ago with my ex-wife and I love it again it's a good place to live quiet neighborhood some nosey neighbors but all-in-all I recommend it to everybody I have nothing negative to say about Whispering Pines housing community at least the roof over my head better than being homeless
I moved back to this park thinking it was still on the up but only to fined cars parked all over the yards and toys scattered all over some people don’t pick up there yards at all and then they have ones who know how to play the games to get away with what they want Current situation I get to look out my door and see 6 cars in the yard every day and some days up to 9 at one time
can't get anything done unless u give them your ol lady Mike I hope your wife sees this. This place is a circle jerk
Stay away from these people, they will follow you or your family to your homes even after you move out. Just recently they followed a former resident home over a different person who they were trying to take to court to evict despite that person having been moved out over two weeks ago.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone period. Maintenance is down right rude and nasty to people when you want something fixed. I lived there and was called nasty names from maintenance cause I asked them to quiet down. My husband drive's truck for a living and needed sleeps. But maintenance didn't care nor did the owner. Finally got fed up with it and bought a house. Never will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Now my son lives there being called nasty names himself by maintenance. Stay far away from this place this whole place is a dump! The neighbors are terrible and have zero respect for anyone, Gary is the only maintenance man in this park that does anything at all, The rest of them just sit on their ass, and drink, and they wait months to come fix something, not to mention one of them told my husband to go eff himself when he asked them to come look at an issue on our fridge, and the owner doesn’t care what they do,and say to their residents,so please do yourself and your family a favor and STAY A... read more
