The new remodel is wonderful, it’s beautifully done. Dawn the manager is super helpful, and very knowledgeable, she’s AMAZING!!
A good place to live for the money and maintenance when needed is done quickly. Also the manager cookie is awesome. A sweet and very caring person!!!
The manager Cookie is wonderful she always returns my calls in a timely manner and goes above and beyond to help even if it's not in her job description. I'm very greatful for all she does.
I was thinking about trying to rent here but as soon as I seen the reviews I think I'll pass on this one....I'm sure there are better places than this....not even worth waisting my time on....I don't deal with shady people anymore
I lived in the Pines for about a year and it was miserable. The management does nothing about the issues at hand. The manager Cookie definitely shows favoritism and underminds others. People call and make false accusations all the time and instead of the management doing any talking or investing they just hand out complaint notices. It takes weeks on ends for maintenance to fix or repair things. They have signs posted all over saying you cant even smoke outside your apartment or in the parking lot.
