Our beautifully landscaped grounds offer many evergreen trees and lots of pristine walking paths. Also take advantage of relaxing moments next to our gorgeous ten foot deep pool. We are pet-friendly and offer affordable housing.

Great place to live I have lived here for a little over a year now and I love it, the office staff is wonderful and very caring. The maintenance guys are great, they get the work done very quickly and keep the place looking wonderful!!!
For the price it was worth it Went through property on a Friday afternoon. The place looked nice and it seemed very quite for being in the middle of Lynnwood. The office seemed nice a little dated but nice. And the staff overall was polite and helpful. The whole process of moving in from what I understood took a bit long and slightly complicated for me. But the prices were very reasonable .
An apartment complex that doesn't care! Whispering Pines is great if your looking for an apartment complex that doesn't care. If I could give one star I would. Cons- where to begin... Drug problems- I have moved to multiple units in the complex from a 1bdrm to a 2bdrm. And everywhere I go shady things seem to be happening. Right now for example there is an apartment that is selling hard drugs from its front door. Which leads to the type of people coming around to be less than desirable. Good luck The management has changed three times in just as many months and nobody knows what's going on, they tore out the playgrounds and last I heard have no plans to fix them. The pool is full of ducks in the nine months that it's closed and rarely opens on schedule. The maintenance guys are lazy and often just temporarily fix the problems. In the last two months half of the apartments have been replaced with new tenants because most people didn't think living here is worth the hassle.
Whispering Pines A lot of sketchy people live in this area. The floor plan of the apartment is nice, it is spacious, and private, but everything in each corner of the house has broken due to crappiness. It's not horrible, but it's not good.
Whispering Crimes The whispering pines apartment complex in lynnwood is an outdated, white trash community full of scummy people. It's no wonder it is called the "Whispering Crimes" apartments. My apartment was broken into in broad daylight and the staff did nothing. The only positive is having the corner store so close for beer runs and having free parking but other than that if you choose to live here prepare to run alongside a bunch of low lifes! I'm moving!
Escutia Diana is the perfect building if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables. It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city.
Whispering Pines With the good comes the bad, as though a direct reflection of life. Whispering Pines' Apartments are surprisingly spacious, that offer competitive rates in a great community. However, the maintenance team has several areas of improvement. There have been multiple times where they "lost" my work order and would have to reschedule me for a week out.
