I left the same review on Google but it needs to be said here as well. Horrible place to live, stay away. Cock roaches and mildew smelling carpet through out apartment. Combative and condescending manager who lied about promised carpet replacement, had to go over his head and contact the owners for any results. Unprepared and un equipped maintenance staff, called for a clogged toilet and the kid shows up with a piece of wire from out of a wall and an ice cream bucket. No toilet snake or plunger to be seen. Signs off on items have gone two weeks without any heat- went in and spoke with Alex, he also REFUSED to give us our Christmas candy. We have not ever been late on.any payments for this dump, which should be low-income by the way they work here and how to outside has no grass (in the Spring & Summer) when we went in to say about the heat here once again, Alex said the guy fixed it. Not worth over $800 a month at this place when you have no grass/yard maintenance does not do anything around here ( does not even clean up around the area and leaves things broken outside) and plus they allow a lot of scum in here. There's also pedophiles in the apartments so it proves that he and (his worker) does not do background checks. On top of everybody pays different amount of rent (and this place is not lowing come even) when they first moved in they do not pay the starting rate. Well I've only been here 2 months but so far I love it. It's nice and peaceful and they have a laundry room in every building which is so convenient especially with winter coming. My daughter loves going to the play area they have up front, closet space is big and kitchen and dining area are just right for my family of 5.
