The new manager Mrs.Infante was very helpful to me, she moved me in and she is very pleasant.
I have noticed a great improvement to the apartment complex since it became The Cottages @ Treasure Coast assumed ownership. Most certainly to the rescue is new General Manager Jesse or Jessie. Last week I was locked out of my apartment and Jessie came immediately to let me in and consequently to save my $100 in groceries. Jessie the new property manager is amazingggg!!!!!!! She took care of my issues in the same week i told her I had since I moved in February of this year 2025 that the old owners did not handle since I moved in. She's a true god sent and Im happy to say that my thoughts of not staying another year has changed because of her ability to show compassion and show her commitment to address concerns right away. This is what you call commitment and passion for her tenants!!!🥰🥰
