I recently moved into this unit and I didn't have high hopes when I moved in due to other reviews I've seen but it was the only place that was available at the time so here I am. It is a renovated unit but I've had some issues with it so far. A lot of the outlets were painted over, they painted over tape on the front door i guess they were too lazy to take off, some of the drawers in the kitchen cant be opened without opening the oven and refrigerator which isnt that bad but it is annoying, some of the flooring that was put ... read more
It has been bought . They are doing much to make it right… just be careful turning on your water if you’re a busy person and can’t check when water is being shut off. It’s always . BLOW UP!!!! Water everywhere. If you’re broke move in otherwise . Nay!!!.
I have lived in Whispering Pines apartments since 2019. They just recently got under new management, and let me just start by saying you start seeing the difference IMMEDIATELY. They got rid of all the bad staffing and employees. They redone the ENTIRE PARK AREA. They also told me they were redoing the pool. Which both I have not allowed my children to play or swim at.
