I was going to rent an apartment and put down deposit of 350.00 dollars after I received lease, I noticed several sur charges and upgrade charges, which I did not agree to prior to giving agency the deposit. I refused apartment and requested my deposit back. I was told I would receive deposit within thirty days. I still have not received my money and it's been over thirty days. I have my money order receipt and text messages from the leasing agent to prove it. I am as of today seeking legal help to resolve this situation.
