My cousin lived here a couple years and recently moved. She really disliked it. The new owners have raised the rent considerably and the place has kind of gone downhill. Too many loud children and people with criminal backgrounds under one roof!!
I am familiar as well with "The Pines". Before I get started, let me just say that the people in the cemetary next door DO NOT cause any trouble or disturbances. The view is lovely, and when there hasnt been any vandalism there, it is peaceful and serene near the grave yard. Not so much in the building. Hubby and I are looking at renting a camper in Indianford next.
