As long as you’re okay with your amenities barely working and your rent being Raised $100+ each year this is the perfect place for you! If they start you at $600 be prepared to be paying $900+ in 3 years they don’t have cameras either so if your stuff gets stolen just say goodbye to it.
It’s not to bad of a place to live if you life being close to people ! Down fall spiders and fleas !! Struggled from the time I moved in finally after six month I have no fleas in my apartment but I have dogs in the units all around me! The kids around here have no guidance and love to destroy the park area! I have an upstairs unit an I have kids semi hard to keep them quiet all the time but isn’t to bad!
Just want to say the people at the office n the maintenance guys are doing a great job n very nice. I feel safe living here.
