Absolutely Unprofessional and Disrespectful — Do Better. I’ve spent over $7,000 at this business on supplies for a major landscaping project — you’d think that kind of loyalty would be met with even basic professionalism. Apparently not. Uses bait and switch tactics. Spoke to them about getting my husbands machine fixed and they gave me a price in which I agreed to. Then when it's all done, I get a bill that's $2000 more than what I was told. Then he brings me over and points in the book at the price. If he knew the price of the part from the start, why would they give me a lower price estimate? This doesn't surprise me coming from a company who screwed over their own family.
