I was looking for a snowblower and called this company. He was very friendly told me that had a showroom with several Ariens leftover snowblowers at great prices, 30% off . I went down and saw one that I liked, he tagged it for me and then when I called back the following to come down and pay him Cash he abruptly told me that he would not be sell and of the units because that were too old and he was going to send them back to Ariens. Absolutely Unprofessional and Disrespectful — Do Better. I’ve spent over $7,000 at this business on supplies for a major landscaping project — you’d think that kind of loyalty would be met with even basic professionalism. Apparently not. Last Tuesday, I stopped in (again), and the staff clearly recognized me — I was told I’d get a “discounted” delivery fee of $70 on a $600 order of stone for my stairs. Still expensive, but fine.
