Been to 3 different treatment facilities before I entered Whispering Oaks. By far the most informative, professional staff I have ever been around. The facility is top notch, it’s feels like a home away from home. I received more knowledge and care than all three previous facilities combined. They completely blew it out of the water for me. Seems that all the previous reviews are gone, but I have to say it keeps me up at night thinking about the horrors that my mother was put through at this facility… the owner and counselors abusing the patients emotionally and verbally instead of helping is one thing, but forcing someone to say things they didn’t do, telling them “you are nothing” degrading every part of a human being is honestly gut wrenching. The owner cussed my mother out, and after paying them thousands they kicked her out due to her not being able to eat... read more

The staff and programs are amazing. The counselors are very attentive and case oriented. You get out what you put in. Be honest and open with yourself and them, and the results will speak for themselves. It’s not just a bandaid fix, and will take work, but they give you the tools necessary to realign yourself. Mark at intake is patient and very helpful in accommodating your stay. Julie and Justin are insightful, no Bull type counselors that will make you see yourself for who you are.
