Have lived here for about 6 months. The units are outdated but that’s outweighed by location convenience. The kicker is that the only cable internet service you can use is xfinity and the managers have not properly kept up with the wiring throughout the buildings. There are cables everywhere on the outside of the building, and xfinity can’t even make sense if it. Everything here seems to be falling apart. They shut the entire complex's water off numerous times a week, sometimes even without notice. Even if you "own" your unit, you can be without water for hours at a time and there's nothing you can do about it. Management's job is to do constant damage control for all the nonsense. And the people here aren't good at all. I lived here several years ago and it was much different. As a current resident of over 2 years I would love to hear from someone above Lynn the property manager who will never return phone calls, does the bare minimum, and does not take care of residents needs. I would love someone to provide another number we can call. The entire community has been complaining about this forever. Please someone else be available and actually take a phone call and deal with stuff. I love living here and my neighbors but management is terrible.
