Landlord dont fix nothing and if you like roaches by all means move there 1,ooo's of them. I moved there and no ac. You have to provide your own fridge and stove. And everytime company came over the landlord rob was at your door seeing who came to your house. Rob the manager did not keep up with the place one bit.
