Wonderful place to live! I have been here for going on 2 years now and I love it. The staff have become like my family and I greatly appreciate all that they do.

Love this place. I went to look at the apartments. The property manager was so nice and very informative. The property was very clean. And the staff are very welcoming.
Horrible Viewed the apartment, was not the picture shown at all. One bedroom was not even big enough to stretch in. Looks very raggedy on the inside. Balcony outside was very scary to even walk on, felt as if it was gonna fall at any minute. Not somewhere I would live in. The price should be $300 a month
Great price great location I love living at Whispering Oaks. It is close to school and very quiet. The property is always clean and pools are well kept. The price is fair too.

Good experience, clean property I visited property because of a possible relocation with job. Property and apartment viewed was clean and management was very helpful and professional. My transfer has been delayed but hopefully when it does go through there will be an available apartment because this is my first choice to live. The rates fit my budget!

Horrible Being that this is my first time renting an apartment I don't expect the best but I do expect better than the experience I have received. I've been living in Whispering Oaks Apartments since the end of May. So far I've had to call the maintenance multiple times about the air conditioner not working as well as all of my electricity shutting off completely for a few hours.
