Excellence In Apartment Living I lived at Whispering Oaks for a little over a year. I say lived because I moved out upon purchasing my first house when the interest rates were so low. If I ever go back to apartment life, it will be with Whispering Oaks. First of all, the management is top notch. They keep everything in perfect running and working order.
