Reported a leak from my ac almost 2 weeks ago. Maintenance came and it happened to not be leaking and left saying it was fine. Office NEVER answers their phone but text me saying if I needed anything to let them know. I did. A week later, dozens of hopeless office phone calls, texts and a call to the after hours line with assurance someone would be out and it's STILL leaking. BTW the leak is coming from my ceiling to directly in front of my room in the hallway. I have a small child and I'm pregnant. Pretty concerning that ei... read more
