Honestly I don’t know what’s happening but since I’ve been here for over a year they’ve gone through 3 different management teams and the most newest one sucks, I’m getting papers saying that I owe rent even though I pay it every 1st of the month, told them i shouldn’t be getting those papers and they said we’re gotta send it to someone higher than us to check our ledger and it’s been almost 2 weeks, haven’t seen any/noticed pest/bug control since the most recent management team took over but they’ve charged me for it. Just moved in to this apartment complex and I love the size of the apartment specially the service at the front desk Stephany help me out with the application and to move in and the customer service was 100%
The apartments are remodeled depending on where your apartment is located you have a nice view with trees and lots of grass. Overall a beautiful Area and apartments to live in! Great place,very friendly people, Very affordable. The staff at Whispering Oaks is great they will work with you to help you with any problems you may have, Stephanie seems genuinely concerned about the tenants and their situations!
