Reported a leak from my ac almost 2 weeks ago. Maintenance came and it happened to not be leaking and left saying it was fine. Office NEVER answers their phone but text me saying if I needed anything to let them know. I did. A week later, dozens of hopeless office phone calls, texts and a call to the after hours line with assurance someone would be out and it's STILL leaking.
