Premier Properties took over two years ago Whispering Oak in Burnsville MN. The apartment complex has went down hill. Landlords walk into your unit without 24 hours notice. The maintenance in this complex is poor fixing problems takes more than three times still not fixed. Basic left with broken dishwasher, stoves, dryers, washing machines and etc in your units. The inside of the complex is just dirty and no caretakers seen for days cleaning. Leaving the hallways with food and carpet nasty with stains. It's the caretaker job... read more
