Mark Blacker the owner doesn't return calls, tells you he will be there and doesn't show up. Goes on disrespectful rants and is very unprofessional. His crew was belligerent when we tried to talk to them. Crab grass sprung up in our lawn and gravel within a week of installation, a sprinkler head failed, and drainage pipe collapsed leaving a rut in our lawn. Mark gave me the run around for months (MONTHS) on a sprinkler repair. Called another company and they came out next day. Fixed it in 2 hours.
Have had good work with this company but must be a glitch in their system because I called and said their number is no longer in service.
Mark is a man of his word and a true gentleman! Thank you for replacing our dead tree!!!
