Recently I had Whispering Creek tree trimming come 2 my property 2 give an estimate on climbing and topping trees from top 2 bottom. Mr. Brandon Derr the owner of W.C.T.T. Did just that. He reviewed my request 2 climb and cut my oak trees(which were very tall and oversized) his secretary gave me the estimate, which was very reasonable and scheduled day. They are ridiculous They are horrible. They do not have modern conveniences such as faxing or emailing capabilities. They use fowl language on the phone. They can't furnish insurance certificates in a timely fashion - two months still waiting. This company is not just family operated and must have worker's compensaton insurance. The person who actually knows whats going on says he doesn't have time to call after 12 hours of work, but if it's your business then you need to make time.
