New owners are doing a great job improving the community. They're very hands on and attentive.
Dangerous place to live, because of what the park manager lets move in, if you ever need HELP WITH A DANGEROUS TENANT, YOU ARE ENCOURAGED BY THE PARK MANAGER TO CALL THE KERNERSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO MAKE IT SAFER FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, PLEASE DON'T MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE, I AM SUFFERING FROM WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH AND TRUST ME,STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSANE MOBILE HOME PARK, YOU WILL REGRET IT
