Since I moved in 2025, I've had nothing but the best experience ever. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance are quick to respond and I have nothing but the utmost appreciation for the staff in the office, especially Heather. Thanks guys for making my experience here at Whisper Ridge the best.
Moving in there were just a couple things needed attended to and Damian the Team Lead in maintance answered even after hours and although I know he was busy he was extremely prompt and very knowledgeable. Most issues were user error and he was very professional.
So far I've had nothing but good to say about Whisper Ridge! They worked hard to make me feel welcome and right at home!! I'm new here but feel great about this move!!
Awful management, came to tour a 3 bed 2 bath. Couldn't find the leasing office, when I called to ask for directions the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. I still went to the tour at 10:30 waited 32 minutes, still no help or even acknowledgment. My husband and I got up and left. Strongly don't recommend touring or living here unless something changes with management. Beautiful pictures of the apartments, wish it could have worked out.
Not too impressed with the new management, it takes months for anything to be fixed and they will close out the tickets before completing the work, last December my son’s room roof fell down and here it is in June still not fixed when I ask they ask me have they been there yet? You’re the company you’re suppose to keep track then get told they don’t have the material to fix things.
