In terms of location, it is a convenient place to reside, but the management leaves much to be desired. The staff in the office are quite unprofessional, discourteous, and lack experience. They are unable to effectively resolve residents' concerns. I would give the maintenance service a rating of ZERO. I reported a maintenance issue a month ago, and it remains unaddressed as of the time of this review. I will soon be moving from this place for a better situation. The new management that took over is extremely helpful and caring! Heather, the new community manager is knowledgeable and takes action right away!
The leasing office/management is so amazing!! Super helpful and efficient! They always answer my calls and are able to answer any questions I have. Skyler was so kind and went above and beyond!! The process has been very smooth and very positive! I would highly recommend Whisper Ridge!!
I just have a question when does the pool open and I love the place but there are kids who keep ringing the doorbell even when we don’t answer it but over all I love it
