The staff is very kind and patient. paper work is smooth they maintain good communication.
As my 3rd Apartment experience, this one is the worst. 0 for maintenance problem solving. They don't really care about you as a tenant, only having you sign the lease contract is matter for them because once you signing you are in. During my 1 week as tenant, been going trough a lot of issues at the unit while they were suppose to make sure everything is perfect before they have you sign the contract. I am in the middle of a situation where I need to move out from that property just after spending my 1st worst week.
Since I moved in 2025, I've had nothing but the best experience ever. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance are quick to respond and I have nothing but the utmost appreciation for the staff in the office, especially Heather. Thanks guys for making my experience here at Whisper Ridge the best.
Moving in there were just a couple things needed attended to and Damian the Team Lead in maintance answered even after hours and although I know he was busy he was extremely prompt and very knowledgeable. Most issues were user error and he was very professional.
