I am incredibly happy that I am finally getting hearing aids. I'm the patient that has an extreme loss of hearing so I need tailored hearing aids. Be over-the-counter style hearing aids are okay but not the complete deal.
Great experience all around from testing to results, suggesting pnew aids, and maintenance. Gabriella is a superb listener and capable technician.
