Always friendly, yet professional. Able to assist me with any issues.
Everyone was very helpful and kind. I wasn't sure if I needed hearing aids or not since my tinnitus continues to be a problem. Nancy gave me some other options to try at this point with the option of doing hearing aid at a later date if needed. Felt like it was a good appointment.
I had an amazing experience at Whisper Hearing today. Miss Nancy and her staff made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and expertise are top notch. I will definitely be returning to them for my future hearing and hearing aid needs!
Dr. George at Whisper Hearing Centers does a great job explaining options with respect to hearing aid options. I never feel pressured into upgrading, she just clearly presents the options so I can consider the various choices available.
