Miss Betsy was very patient with me and explained in detail items that would help me. She changed my settings several times to make my use of hearing aids very user friendly.
Outstanding staff that is very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended. Brooklyn is awesome.
Nancy George has a great "bedside manner", and is very good at working with patients to define their hearing issues. She is also very good at diagnosing and correcting any problems with one's hearing aids.
Nancy George certainly knows her products. Works with you closely to get the right fit.
The woman doing the hearing aid adjustments is rude! I felt sorry for the older person she was yelling at about how the patient was ‘doing something wrong’ …. Even though they did exactly what she said…. If I could give ‘0’ stars I would! She was very unprofessional!! I WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone
