The place has gone downhill over the past year or so. They don't enforce parking regulations and the "amenities" are a joke. Due to Covid, the pool was only open when the office is open. That was not very useful to those who actually work. Now that the pool has closed for the season, the office is very excited to announce the fitness center will finally reopen. I chose to live at whisper creek based on the great reviews, especially the reviews on how quick and responsive the maintenance team was, as this was important to me. Upon moving in, I noticed that there was dog food underneath my washer and dryer, and in the slot in the sliding glass door, along with the baseboards inside being dirty. RecommendedWe've been here for 2-1/2 years, and have been really happy! The staff has always been extremely attentive and super-helpful, and has resolved any and all issues we've had (water leak, broken ice-maker, etc.) very quickly. The property is constantly being maintained/upgraded (beautiful new pool furniture, repaving, new outdoor lighting, and so on). The maintenance staff at Whisper Creek is awesome! They are professional, attentive and friendly. All of my service requests thus far have been completed in less than 24 hours. Both Emily and Henry in the leasing office were very helpful throughout my entire moving process.

Surprised by the review below. I’ve rented apartments in several major cities and at a lot of different price ranges (grad school, yo!) so I have a decent sense of value. Rent is very reasonable—even being so close to red rocks. My boyfriend and I are really happy here! I park right outside my unit every day, and have no problems with management. In fact, they’re very responsive to our constant nitpicking requests. Henry is the best!

seriously read this before moving here! I wished I would have read this before moving in! We absolutely would not have moved in and we are breaking our lease early.
