Would give ZERO stars if I could. This business shut down and refused to give back the $200+ I'd PRE-PAID for hair and beauty services. The owner knew she was behind in her rent and at risk of being shut down. She knowingly and unconscionably STOLE money from customers who booked appt's online and/or bought gift vouchers. Sickening.
Previously paid for Keratin for $200, but owners put up price to $340. Was not informed prior to the treatment regarding the increased price this year, and was not expecting an $140 increase. I am a loyal and regular customer, and was shocked at the nearly 75% increase. Such a shame that there is no compensation and valued reason for a regular customer. Thanks for a heads up management
