I give this business 1 star because aside from the owner, April, the therapists are pretty decent. My experience has been that you are able to book services online only to arrive and find the therapist you're booked with doesn't provide the service you've booked. I've booked twice with April and been canceled on both times the night before or the morning of the appointment. I learned with the first cancelation not to prepay for her services. You will have to ask to be refunded after waiting months for her to refund the money... read more
It's definitely not worth the money. My appointment was at 130pm. I arrived at around 140, to which I fully expected it to eat into my time because I was late. However, had I arrived on time, I would have been stuck waiting because the last client was just leaving as I walked in, and the masseuse was still getting the table changed over. The masseuse admitted she was running behind, which is fine, and she assured me I'd get my full time (1.5hr) , which I did not.
