We were in Charlotte for a concert with about 80,000 other Bon Jovi fans. Every bar was packed, and downtown was a fustercluck. We arrived at Whisky River so glad to find several empty tables on the patio, as well as several inside. However, we were told it would be an hour wait before they could seat us. I’m sorry, if there are empty tables, why can’t people be seated?
