Was in Charlotte for business last week and visited WR for the first time on Thursday (8/24) - the bartenders serving me were Kirsten and Chelsea I believe. Fun ladies, very engaging. Good service, including the kitchen and waitstaff. Definitely going on my short list for future visits. Wish I tried WR in the first part of the week.

The food was really good and the waitress was exceptional !!!
Horrible service at the airport location!!! Was seated by the hostess then that was it! I sat there for 32 minutes and never even got greeted by a server. I was going to gets wings and cocktails but I guess they felt my money was better served next door at PZA which is where I am sitting write now eating pizza and having beer while typing this. The lady beside me came in at least 20m minutes after me and got seated and a beer at Whiskey River and the guy to the left of me got another beer and his check, yet no one ever said ... read more
Had a great time great place to just have a good time. Also to the gay guy who was there and was dancing with me and my sis we want to be friends add us!
We started with an appetizer and it ended there too. Drinks were brought out while we waited and then they brought our plate sat ii down and walked off. Didn't say do you need anything at all and it was a plate that needed dipping sauce. We waited way to long for the waitress to come over to ask for sauce. The guy who brought our food to the table also had a pack of cigarettes in his hand. Really who does that. First time and no desire to go back.

I had an amazing time here! Whiskey River provided impeccable food as well as upbeat positive customer service!! I got to say that I'll definitely be coming back!!! :-)
Fun place. Great drinks, food and service. The staff was a JOY to be waited on by.
