AWFUL! I booked our annual Christmas party at Whiskey Trader in August 2016 for December 13th; 5 months before! I called in October to reconfirm and everything was confirmed. Just called again today to re-confirm the space and to let them know we would be having the event catered and was told by Arun, the event director of the space, that they booked it to another party and we would have to push ours back and/or share the space. With 50 people coming to our event this is COMPLETELY ridiculous. Arun offered absolutely NO help... read more
Too damn pricey! I recommend of a variety of deals on drinks. Maybe a pool table darts and music
Jim was a great bartender even though he wore a jets shirt. It was a great atmosphere for watching Sunday football. I will drive from PA to watch the big brother NY GIANTS play again. GO GIANTS.
Very friendly service and nice atmosphere.
Despite its prestigious location retains an air of unpretentious cool. Doesn't appear to be on the circuit for shoppers or theatre goers so on a hot summer afternoon is a perfect oasis from the hectic clamour of mid town. Now Micky Mantle's is gone it's a perfect place to catch a game on one of the bar side tvs whilst getting just the right amount of attention from the intelligent staff. I always recommend this place for friends in UK visiting NYC.
