I was here as an AirBnB guest. The location and character of the building are certainly bonuses. However, I couldn’t help but notice both the overflowing trash can in the lobby and the security officer who was openly vaping there. It did not make for a welcoming entrance.
In my experience management has been extremely easy to work with and communicative. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. I live on the 4th floor. There have been a few issues with the unit that I wish had been dealt with in a more timely fashion but nothing outrageous, mistakes happen and everyone was apologetic. The unit itself is beautiful and faces the 4th street bridge with tall windows.
