Glad you asked! I’ve been here since the beginning and it’s steadily going downhill! Cleanliness is not top priority !!!! Sometimes I don’t even want to step in the elevator with shoes on because it’s so disgusting on the floor! The thresholds outside the elevator look like they have never been cleaned from day one! 5 star community with a 5 star staff and the best residents you could ask for!! All around great.
I do not have the app to request maintenance service. Due to personal reasons. So put a note on maintenance door with issues in my unit. 4/6 weeks ago ..no response no communication. If this requires some other response on my part then I need to be communicated as such. And have heard the app had changed .do not recall any updated text of new app. If these issues are not resolved I will have to put future rental charge into an escrow acct until resolution of issues in unit..
