The food is great but the 6+ times I've been the service has been terrible! I've sat in the bar area, at the bar and at tables. Doesn't matter where you sit, the results are the same. The bar tenders are too busy twirling and messing with their hair to actually do their job. The servers disappear never to be seen again until they bring your check. Hey Jason, I'm sorry your experience wasn't better. I'm not sure what your server was doing, but obviously not his/her job. I'm def sorry. Concerning the raffle, it was our first time having a raffle and we were't running it. (Someone from the Jags was in charge). We learned a lot that day (needless to say).As for the lack of NFL games on the TVs, we signed a 2 year agreement with Comcast, which, as we found out after the fact, doesn't offer the Sunday Ticket. I have been to Whiskey Jax too many times to count since it opened. Sometimes are better than others but I have never had a bad experience. I recommend it to my friends and anyone who asks about good eats in Jacksonville. The bartenders seem to be the highlight of the place, they are friendly, fun and have interesting stories.
