Whiskey Creek Wood Fire Grill

About this business

Whiskey Creek is known for cooking steaks over our wood fire pit. We smoke our pork and brisket overnight creating an unbelieveable flavor. We have five different BBQ sauces made by Whiskey Creek. Our signature appetizers are bacon wrapped shrimp and southwest tootsy rolls. We're famous for our homemade peach cobbler, which is made from scratch daily!

The food was great, but the service and hospitality where horrible. Maybe check back with your table at least once to make sure everything is right and that drinks are refilled. Might even want to make sure that the bill is ready so people don't have to go ask for it. The waiter could have cared less what we needed or what we thought of our food.

Ordered steak, medium. When it finally showed it was still blue. Sent back, when it came back it was well done and tasted like a well smoked briquette. Staff acted like it was my fault. Potatoes tasted like they had been scraped off a farmers boot. Never going back, and advising all to avoid like the plague!

Business response:

Thank you for letting us know about your experience Christel, we're sorry to hear it wasn't a very good one. If you could please email us at info@whiskeycreek.com we would like to discuss it further. We look forward to hearing from you.

We went there for our Anniversary. The service was wonderful. The food sucked. $60 and I was hungry when I left. The ribs tasted funny like they were old. The sweet potato souffle was warm on the outside cold on the inside. The first time we were there was so good, this time not so much. We will not be returning.

Business response:

Heather, we're sorry to hear about your poor experience with us. If you can please email us at info@whiskeycreek.com we would like the chance to make this right. We look forward to hearing from you.

Was not impressed with the service. I will not be going back. We had to ask for each item twice, never did get our bread. Finally got our salads after the meals was served.

Business response:

Dawn, I'm so sorry for your poor experience with us. Please email me at heidi@whiskeycreek.com so we can try to make this right. I look forward to hearing from you!
