I am a rare reviewer, but this was literally the worst dining experience I've ever had. No one took our drink order or so much as said "hello" for at least 20 minutes. Then, we weren't offered the bread until after we ordered food, which we ordered when we were finally asked what we wanted to drink. I ordered a fillet medium and I'm relatively certain it was a sirloin and was closer to medium well and had no flavor. Worst service and management I have seen in a long time. We were a large party with reservations. Waited 2hours for our food. One person in our party waited 40 minutes and several reminders to get his drink. Numerous other tables received their food before us and then ended up getting their meals free. Or food arrived cold and disgusting. Manager wanted "to make things right" and offered dessert. Only one of us even got a discount. Would not recommend this place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! We just had a fabulous meal! Great service and great food! Even received a free dessert for my daughter's birthday! We waddled out of there! ;)
We will never return to this location. We don't expect much but last night was horrible. Service was not the best considering there was hardly anyone in the resturant. We recieved our food but had no way to even eat it because we had no silverware and had to ask for some. Then my prime rib came out cold.
