simply AMAZING everyone was very friendly. the hair cut was perfect, even painted nails & did cute lil bows (no extra charge), the best part is she didn't come home completely worn down, like from other groomers who seem to rush her thro, without a lil break in between bath & grooming. out of the others i have tried i must say this one is the BEST. you won't be disappointed
