When I first started taking my dog there, they were very patient with me trying to get his haircut just the way I like it. Now I just drop him off and go after they confirm with me that I want the same thing as last time. They keep a record of everything they do. I moved away from Charlotte briefly and Diane (owner) was nice enough to email me the specifics to give to his next groomer. So happy to be back in Charlotte and happy to be taking my boy to WDS. They do a fabulous job without stressing the dogs. Munchkin is a Pomeranian who has a collapsed trachea and shouldn't be restrained. They don't use any restraint or cages unless necessary for pet's safety.
Truly the best place in Charlotte. My dogs can't wait to get inside.
