Dr Carter was great in guiding me towards the best treatment for my girl. I was thinking she needed a more expensive and involved treatment but after reviewing with Dr Carter we went with another, better, option. I really appreciated this. She was up and playing and back to her normal self the next morning. I’ll always take her to Dr Carter from now on.
Dr.Carter and his staff were amazing! They all took time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and were very loving to my little girl. Great experience!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Everyone here is wonderful. From the first phone call through the entire process, we received the highest level of care and communication. Our 11 year old orange tabby had to have a full-mouth extraction. As nervous and doting pet parents, we were really concerned about the process. (NUTSHELL VERSION: Root canal surgery done on a 9.5 yr old Shepherd… Was it expensive- Yes. Was it worth it- ABSOLUTELY, we’re so glad we did it!) Long version: This was our dog’s second experience with a broken tooth and we sought out Dr. Carter’s help since we had such a stellar experience with him the first time, about 7 years ago.
