The small company i work for has been using whirlwind 10 years or more. Recently we put in a order and was told until we paid 1200 dollars we couldnt pick up our order when we asked what the 1200$ was owed for we were told to call corporate. We called corporate to find out why we were being billed and was told we owe 600$ but they couldnt tell us what for besides sales tax. We asked to have a bill sent explaining what we were being charged sales tax for and got the bill for 800$ with no explanation or work order for the so c... read more

No customer service. I went to the office in person to give the measurements and get a bid on the panels I needed which went good and she entered it all interesting the computer so all I needed to do is call in when I was ready for it. I tried to call in a few days later to get the panels ordered so it would be ready when I got back to town, I was out on the road. I tried to call before lunch and left voicemail. Well after lunch I called the direct line and went to vm again. I called main line to try and get another salesper... read more
