Horrible customer service. Do not stand behind their products when they almost burn down your house.
I have never been more disappointed in a company. My Whirlpool washer (model WTW5010LW0) was installed in May 2025 and has now had six repair visits: July 2, September 10, September 26, October 6, October 7, and October 14. After today’s visit, the washer is working but I have very little faith that it will stay fixed for long. On October 13 call with Shaelin, she told me that “my parts came in” but that was completely false. Quit building garbage, you're an embarrassment to our state of MI. I had to replace a pump on a dryer at 3 years old. The bearing went out on my washer and wrecked all the shocks at 3 years old!...I had to throw it away. Don't waste your time with this garbage producing company. Go buy speed queen instead.
This is the worst company that I've ever dealt with. It's been a year of numerous service calls, and even a deemed non repairable refrigerator I purchased with a warranty that's being denied, saying from this company that "it is what it is", wow,,,knocks so loud you can't sleep,,even did a live video to show the noise, fruit flies are entering the inside of the refrigerator, we'll whirlpool says it's not designed to keep out pests. Avoid their junk appliances at all cost! You’ll be lucky to get two years from one. Read consumer reviews and shop carefully, but avoid them!
