They rude and dont have right resources
I have a new (2 year old refrigerator) and I'm on my second service call for the same issue. The cooling mechanism is not working. I had to remove all food and this happened right after I went grocery shopping. This is extremely annonying and inconvenient.. I need a replacement refrigerator.
Having trouble with your washer or whirlpool products good luck the company is trash don't care about the consumer... I have been waiting for a month to get my washer fixed and no foreseeable ETA I will never purchase Whirlpool ever again!
If I could give zero stars I would. It has been 10 weeks 1 day since my washer has been broken and no end in sight, each and every time I call I am told I am not allowed to speak to a supervisor. That someone will call me and each and every time it is reported that the have called but no missed calls voicemails, no carrier pigeon, smoke signal, usps notifications. When I pay $700 for a washer I expect it to last more than 1.5 years before it needs a $400 control board replacement. My service professional has told me that this circuit board has since been improved. I'm just glad that I could be a guinea pig for the testing of a subpar product. Why don't you make sure you put out a quality product or issue a recall like car companies do. Why am I paying for your mistakes? Never again.
