I'm waiting to see how it goes if everything works out I will change my rating to five stars if it doesn't work out I will lower my rating I hope they can stand by the word.
I would strongly advise against purchasing this washing machine based on my experience. From early on, it has had recurring faults — including constant beeping, failure to clean clothes, and leaving laundry with a bad smell. Multiple repair attempts have been made, but none have resolved the issue. Avoid at all costs! I remember when this was THE brand but not anymore. I bought a washing machine in December 2025. I am currently awaiting a second repair. Their customer service is nonexistent. I've been unable to use the machine for 5 weeks total. As much as I've spent at the laundromat, I'm halfway to purchasing anything but a Whirlpool!
Not the company your parents did business with. It's about as impossible to get a hold of customer service as it is to get them to actually repair their poorly constructed products. Parts, no doubt, are produced with forced labor as cheaply as possible. Nothing else can explain their horrible failure rate. 2+ months into a repair process, and the part they finally sent didn't have the electrical control board that was required for the repair, so now we are waiting another 14 days for them to send the correct part.
I guess I should've looked up the reviews on the company itself, not the specific appliance I was ordering. Stupid me. Long story short: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WHIRLPOOL EVER, JUST DON'T!! Long story long: we purchased a brand new electric range mid February to be delivered end of February (despite the warehouse being right up the road). We went with Whirlpool because it's a U.S. company, and the issue we had with our previous range was SOLELY the fact that the replacement glass top now costs as much
