Bought a dishwasher through Menards and had set up whirlpool to install it for “a ridiculous price” when the technicians arrived one inspected my current set up and was not sure or under qualified to install my new one….
I read the other reviews about issues with Whirlpool appliances. Unfortunately, I read them too late. Many people noted that their appliances stopped working months or a year after purchase. My refrigerator stopped working LESS than two WEEKS after installation. No local repair shops would touch it because of the 12 month warranty even though I was willing to just pay the repair costs myself. Great company
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are most successful at putting their customers on hold and leaving them there for hours hoping you’ll hang up! I have been dealing with this inept company since 2022. During COVID pandemic, the appliance package I purchased for my new home could only be delivered by Whirlpool as quickly as I needed it, although they were not my first choice to buy from.
