Terrible company. Regarding Whirlpool side-by-side 25 cu.ft. refrigerator Model WRZ555ZIHZ. Don’t purchase any of these refrigerators with the ice maker built into the door. Mine was purchased in 2023 and ice maker failed twice so far in less than three years. The heating element that keeps the water line from freezing fails, and Whirlpool won’t cover the fix after one year. Placed an order thru Inside Pass for a freezer. Delivery date was 3 weeks after I ordered. Delivery window from 8-12. 8:05AM on the day of delivery receive an email that delivery is delayed. Not for a day due to weather or a truck issue. No, delayed for a MONTH. According to Chat it is on Backorder and "Per our terms and conditions delivery's can be delayed". yeah, I understand that. Very unprofessional.
My story is like so many others l purchased a refrigerator that after 9 days is not working properly. Weeks to get a technician to take a look at it. A week to receive information that the refrigerator will be replaced. At least another 3 weeks before I will receive a notice about a delivery date. This in not good business. Customer support is polite but can not do anything to migrate the problem. So for the last 30 days problem is still on going. No firm date when a new refrigerator will be delivered .
