Went in today with my mom to return a ring she had bought. Upon requesting the refund the sales person told us they would not be refunding the taxes because "they've already been paid to the government". This is totally illegal, you can not retain taxes on goods not sold. The store owner needs to familiarize themselves with the laws. Steer clear from this store!!!!
Terrible service from one of the ladies who work here. I had just arrived at the store. She asked a random customer if I was his friend (guess he was looking for his friend, I don’t know) to which I said no, she replied with and I quote “Well then you can go away”. Her coworker looked at her shocked. She paused then attempted to fix it with a “can I help you with anything” to which I just left. You lost a customer and hopefully many more with your hate speech. Shocking.
This place is a MUST as a local or a tourist, by far the best metaphysical shop in Victoria and potentially Vancouver Island, and one that has been around the longest owned by an awesome gentleman Cameron. The best prices and best variety of crystals, rings and also custom orders that can be done depending on what you desire, he has it all! Thanks again for helping me with my authentic Meteorite ring, I absolutely love it. Cheers, Alexander
