We stumbled across this adorable little shop located in Fan Tan Alley (Victoria BC). The staff are all so genuine and kind. I bought a pair of BC Jade earrings and learned a bit about the Jade that comes from the area. This is a must stop if you find yourself in the area. The shop has a huge variety of items.
My wife and I visited the store a few weeks back and while there, purchased a ring for her for Mother’s Day. When we got home the ring was not in the drawstring bag. After checking with the hotel and places we’d been, I called the store, asked if the ring had possibly been turned in, and if not, was there another we could buy. Ali (sp?) the store manager said no it hadn’t but told me she would mail a replacement out at no charge. oh my god where to begin. the ring store of my dreams. fantabulous hospitality. jaw dropping in every aspect of the word!!!
They sold me a "sterling silver" ring for 175 dollars (checked the supplier and it costs $28) and it immediately turned my finger green. Went back for a refund and they gave me one except didn't refund the tax which is insane, as well as tried to blame it on me for, and I quote "going through an acidic time". I wear sterling silver 24/7 and have NEVER turned green from it.
