I've lived at Whipple Creek for 8 years and I have multiple neighbors that have lived here 10 or 15 years plus! It is in the best school district locally. Its location being close to the interstate I-205 and I-5 split makes travel very easy to get around town along with still feeling like you are in the country. Lovely, quiet, and private townhome style apartments. I love this place! Christina the property manager is very professional and courteous, and Dan and the maintenance team are very quick to respond to any maintenance issues, which seldom occur.
Good size, clean grounds and surrounded by nature. Great place to walk. Very expensive though and appliances are 25 yrs old. Rent had increased $500/month in 4 yrs!
