Took my son for his fist haircut today. Lady hardly acknowledged us or my son. Mute the whole time. Hair cut wasn’t even at the end. Can tell they don’t disinfect their chairs and kids table. Felt dirty. Ladies look like that don’t like kids or don’t care. Never going back
We have been going here for a few years, my son isn’t a fan of haircuts AT ALL but Esmeralda is such a sweet heart! She’s kind, patient and understanding. We love her! Thank you Esmeralda for always being so great! ♥️
My husband took my son there yesterday for his first haircut ever. We have been waiting for this day for him to be comfortable to do it. When he got home my other children and my husband told me how my son did GREAT but the lady cutting hair barely acknowledged them and didn’t even talk to my son the whole time. Disappointing. it’s a children’s place you should be making them feel welcome and comfortable, not MUTE. If I was there I would have turned right around and took my business elsewhere. Took my daughter in to get her hair fixed,cuz she wanted to act like the stylist herself and chopped it up. Can't remember the name of the lady that fixed her hair, she wasnt the Hispanic lady she had a strong accent though, anyways she was very unprofessional with my daughter, and ended up cutting her forehead, I didnt realize at the time, it wasnt til we got home that my daughter kept saying Aauuwwwee and saw the cut, did call to report her but they didnt seem to care much. Never going back!!!
