Amazing business, amazing human - Shelly set me up on a home plan almost 2 years ago - I do not regularly attend her gym or her online classes and she is still there when I need her! Amazing personal trainer, thanks Shelly!
Met with Shelly to talk about what would be good for my personal situation. She was very pleasant and professional and listened to what my concerns were. I was shown some exercises and how to do them properly, she is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me.
Highly recommend training with Shelly! I genuinely look forward to spending time in her company during training. She is creative and makes the hour fun, though tough enough to make you feel extremely accomplished! She is lovely, funny and compassionate with her patrons and fairly priced. I’m so happy I decided to choose to try Whipped fitness.
I never leave reviews but just have to for Shelly. She gives 100 percent to everyone who walks through the door. No judgment. Just knowledge, excellence and caring for your goals.
